The Scoring solution calculates the personal scores with different models, such as the Telefónica Standard Score, whereby a model trained with Telefónica data is used to predict the score, and the Telefónica Customised Score, in which the prediction is based on a customised model with Telefónica data and past behaviours observed by the service provider. Scoring improves the information for risk-related decision-making in the process of analysing the granting of consumer credit.
