A decision-making support solution that offers a comprehensive vision of the operations of the hospital emergency department. It allows the codification, storage, and exploitation through AI of key clinical information of the Hospital Emergency Department (HED), allowing the service to be optimised.
< Based on the coded and stored ED data, the information is made available to users through a dashboard that includes two types of information:

• Descriptive indicators: including activity history, detailed analysis of demand, quality control and data control, analysis of patients by typology (hyper-frequenters, COVID, influenza).
• Predictive indicators of daily ED visits.

The solution incorporates a machine learning tool to advance in the prediction of indicators, allowing the simple development of use cases in an autonomous way.
