Cobra had little visibility of its fleet as it had a GPS-only positioning solution and the drivers themselves switched off the GPS so as not to be tracked. With this scenario, the customer had no disconnection alerts and was therefore working blind in this fleet that delivers technical services to end customers' homes. The GO7 device was installed hidden in the OBD port and staff were trained in the monitoring of routes taken, entries and exits outside the zones, and drivers' driving habits, among others. Subsequently, the project was further strengthened by the addition of the start-up cutter attachment to the fleet for more complex areas.
This differential product in the market allows, through advanced telematics, to manage your fleet of vehicles operationally in real time and, at the same time, to have a more strategic vision of it to help decision-making.
