The project consisted of the creation of an application allowing several municipalities in the Barcelona Metropolitan Area to identify the profiles of tourists, where they come from, what their chosen offer is, what they spend, how much they consume and how they rate the quality of the offer, among other data. Based on this invaluable information, it can make smart supply-related decisions to ensure more sustainable, intelligent and inclusive tourism.
This solution can understand tourism, by segmenting socio-demographic profiles, and the behaviour of tourists, providing rapid answers to specific needs. It provides insights through which we can optimise your commercial initiatives and discover new lines of business for your company.
