In the same way, the evolution of the banking sector, in a context with the continuous need to reinvent oneself and pushed forward by the current situation, presents new challenges to be addressed with a strong customer focus, such as the streamlining of commercial networks, customer insight to better manage expectations and experiences, the transformation of working methods, and the achievement of employee reskilling plans, as well as the attraction of new talent.
